Carol Pope has specialized in providing home mortgage solutions for more than 25 years throughout the Greater Puget Sound. Her vast knowledge, competence, and dedication have garnered numerous industry-leading honors and countless satisfied clients. She has a solid foundation in discipline and integrity, providing superior communications and advice to serve her clients' best interests throughout each transaction.

Carol continually improves her education and knowledge. Born in Maine, raised as a military brat, and attending the US Military Academy at West Point, Carol was instilled with strong morals and core values as well as a strong work ethic from an early age. She has served as Second Vice President, as a State Delegate and a general board member for the Master Builders Association of Pierce County and has been a member since 2000. She is also a National Affiliate member of the Tacoma Pierce County Women’s Council of Realtors, a member of the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts and a local member of Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders,.

Carol places great importance on giving back to her community. She regularly dedicates her time and money to organizations such as Puyallup Main Street Association, Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals, Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, Habitat for Humanity, and Women of Strength to name a few.

As a result of her professionalism and the quality of service she gives her clients, Carol provides a genuine, courteous type of care for a smooth close in a timely manner. From the first time you meet her, you will feel at ease with her sincere style and her attention to detail aimed at representing your best interests. Carol specializes in FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, Down Payment Assistance, Jumbo, and Manufactured Home Loan financing and works with a wide range of investors to provide competitive rates and options.

In her spare time, Carol enjoys spending time with her family; Keith, her husband of 33 years, and her 27-year-old son, Colton, who is currently living and working in Anchorage. She has a fur baby family at home now; three dogs and two cats. She also enjoys reading, horseback riding, wine tasting and just hanging out with friends.
